Usapho hosted a Positive Parenting Coaching Train the Trainer workshop that was held at the Lions Club in Durbanville.
The purpose of the workshop was to share content and equip these future trainers with the necessary skills and tools to facilitate and co-facilitate Usapho Foundations programs in our communities. 😃👭
They all provided invaluable personal knowledge and input in certain areas and subjects and were able to learn from each other.📝
Training in itself is a skill, so throughout this workshop, we assisted these individuals in becoming recognized trainers in a fun and creative way, while also learning the fundamentals of Positive Parenting Coaching.💭
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this process, ideas were exchanged and life experiences were shared throughout the sessions.
