Introducing Dr Shirley Zinn as Featured Speaker at The First Circle

USAPHO Foundation is proud to announce Dr Shirley Zinn as a featured speaker at our upcoming Women’s Day Breakfast, The First Circle: Where Strong Families Begin. This thoughtfully curated event brings together leaders, professionals and changemakers to reflect on a powerful truth: lasting social impact begins at home. A respected human capital expert, leadership speaker and author of Swimming Upstream, Dr Zinn will share insights on: “Building from the Inside Out: How Strong Families Shape Ethical Leaders and Thriving Societies.”

The conversation will explore how investing in families lays the foundation for ethical leadership, resilient communities and a more sustainable future. The strength of our institutions, our leadership and our communities can often be traced back to one place: the home. Long before values are tested in boardrooms, organisations or society, they are formed within families — the first and most important system shaping who we become.

This Women’s Month, USAPHO Foundation invites you to join a meaningful breakfast conversation that celebrates women while highlighting the vital role of strong families in shaping thriving societies. Together, guests will explore why strengthening families is not only a social imperative, but a strategic investment in ethical leadership, community resilience and long-term social change.
